Micro-cilantro has a sweet and bright aroma, quite bold. Unlike normal-sized coriander, micro-cilantro is slightly spicy. It also smells very different from ripe coriander, without the musty smell that many people dislike. Combines well with avocado, carrots, courgette, tomato, coconut milk, citrus fruits, ginger, mint, lemongrass, chillies, yoghurt, chicken, lamb and white fish.
